For starters, cars. Second, the self driving isnt even that awful, although the cameras concern me and i dont like them, but the one thing that made me so hateful towards it is all the stupid subscription BS in modern cars. Also cars (if you buy new) are a product you just cannot buy “ethically”, You will always be paying into some coorp that just sucks. Plus we don’t need to keep engeneering cars, imagine self driving subway/tram stations, a fully automated system which is never late. (although the lateness of trams is probably not the drivers fault, but the passengers or the traffics, which leads back to cars -which we don’t need.)

Needs to be pre installed, most people don’t know how to reset their PC, let alone install a new OS.

totally honest, I had MUCH more trouble with windows AND Mac.

First off, Linux is so easy to install, while Macos and windows have all that unnecessary stuff, like iCloud and one drive (don’t even get me started on one drive, its awful, nobody wants to use it, and where do you disable it? and why did it enable itself again?) Then theres the thing where you can’t install anything on Mac without having to change about 500 permissions. And the main reason why I switched, customization. Windows has none of that, you can change the color and that’s it. even the cursors often get reset when you restart. Macos is even worse in this regard though.

I think the main reason, why people don’t switch is because our generation of teenagers is lazy, or they’ve always been, I don’t know.

I know from friends, that they just don’t care about privacy or functionality and think I’m a conspiracy theorist. And generally they make fun of everything I say regarding this topic and don’t take it serious AT ALL.

wow! thats very long battery life, my phone right now only lasts for 8 hours, with no to moderate use.
I’m betting on 2 phones on eBay right now, and if I don’t get either, I’ll get a pine phone.

they’re not, work fine on any non-apple device, (iPhone had a similar problem, although not as bad.) those devils devices have been collecting dust for a while now.

all of it, well mail works. I know I mainly used it for VLC which atleast 2/3 times I tried opening a file, my ipad would just restart, same with some apps.
